July Repair Cafe

Our next Repair Café will be held on Saturday 21st July. We will kick off at 10am. We would love to see you bring in your broken goods from home. Our volunteer repairers will help you learn how to fix them. While we can’t guarantee we can fix everything, our fixers are determined to give it a go.
Our café is not limited to things that need fixing. Maybe you have a story to tell or maybe you play an instrument. We would love to have you along too.
For those who may not have anything that needs ‘fixing’ but are curious to see learn more you can join us too. You can have a cuppa, speak to our talented & skillful volunteer repairers and look around the Neighbourhood House.
We would love to hear any ideas you have for us too.

We have volunteers who can will share their skills and knowledge on the following:

• small electrics, basic soldering
• string instrument repairs
• basic hand sewing, buttons, hems, crochet & knitting
• sewing machine sewing, mending clothes
• knife sharpening

You are welcome to bring any items along that would fit into these categories.
